Before leaders are deployed, they must first be formed. That is why the Formation Triangle is the foundation of everything we do.
The Leadership Triangle is being developed to equip men and women who have embraced the disciplines of spiritual formation and are ready to take the next step. Through specialized training, mentorship, practical experience, and mission-focused development, participants will be prepared to lead in their homes, communities, churches, workplaces, and areas of influence.
